Attitude of gratitude

Saturday, Dec 10, 2016

This time of year, we can’t help but get a little choked up. Not because our pants are too tight, but because we’ve got a lot to be thankful for. Hamilton has been a family-run business for more than 100 years, and we try to operate like a family should: work shoulder-to-shoulder, always have each other’s backs and never take ourselves too seriously.

Here are some of the things we’re especially grateful for this holiday season:

That there are no more election commercials. —Mikhaela Renner, Marketing Coordinator

That little arrow that tells me where the gas tank is. —Sean Treglia, Outside Sales

That my wife only dragged me to one store on Thanksgiving Night. —Joe Ford, Inside Sales Engineer

Grateful to whoever figured out that you can ferment grapes … so much better than raisins —Janet Jeffries, Production Scheduling

That mini roller coaster feeling you get when driving through hills. -Tom Raley, Systems Administrator

Finding old family recipes that turn out just like you remembered. —Marty Wilson, Outside Sales

That I was able to successfully “catch” my second daughter when she was born in the car on our way to the hospital in 1987. She’s now an Emergency Medicine Resident Physician, by the way. —Dave Lippert, President
