The Big Number: 27,000 Test Cycles, Super Casters Smash Expectations

It’s no secret that we put our rookie casters through the ultimate gauntlet before they hit the market. We’re happy to report that our latest Enhanced Super Duty (EPSD) swivel casters exceeded expectations and outperformed its predecessors – even at 125% load capacity.
They survived 105 hours and 27,000 rigorous cycles in our testing machine. Now that’s durable. Unlike out in the field where casters have the luxury of rotating 360 degrees, we test ours with 100-degree cycles. This puts tremendous stress on the caster.
Simply put: If a caster can survive our tests, it can handle just about anything in material handling.
