#R-WH-6SWF Rigid Workhorse w/ new Swivel-EAZ® Wheel.

#R-WH-6TRB Rigid Workhorse w/ new Ultralast™ Wheel.

The Workhorse combines the forged steel strength of Hamilton's HS Caster Series and the bolt hole pattern of the Standard Duty 52 Series. The drop forged steel swivel caster construction includes a 3/4" diameter integrally forged steel kingpin (guaranteed for life!), and a precision secondary load bearing.

When your application is too tough for the Standard Duty 52 Series, but you need to match its specifications, Workhorse is up to the challenge.

–convert swivel to rigid for straight line steering, robotically welded housing & CNC-milled slots assure long lasting, trouble-free performance.

QUALITY FEATURES
Swivel Construction –1/4" thick drop forged steel mounting plate; 1/4" x 2" plate steel legs robotically welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.

Kingpin – Sturdy 3/4" diameter integrally forged with mounting plate, guaranteed for life, and threaded for 3/4" lock nut.

Main Load Bearing – CNC-machined 2 9/16" diameter raceway; 3/8" diameter hardened and polished steel balls.

Secondary Load Bearing – 3/4" precision tapered thrust bearing counteracts radial thrust.

Lubrication Fittings – Ball-check type in swivel assembly and in wheel hubs with tapered or straight roller bearings.

Hamilton’s classic liquid cast 95A polyurethane tread bonded to heavy duty iron center.

A harder (70D) liquid cast polyurethane with load capacity 30% higher than Duralast®.

Highest capacity drop forged steel, tensile strength in the 75,000 psi range.

Solid high capacity cast nylon, resistant to moisture & many chemicals.

Liquid cast 80A polyurethane donut tread bonded to aluminum core.

High performance liquid cast 85A polyurethane bonded to heavy duty iron center.

Twin wheel liquid cast polyurethane on aluminum core.

1500 psi 70A Rubber vulcanized to heavy duty cast iron center.

New ultimate urethane, best in rollability & minimizing heat buildup, ideal for continuous operation at high speeds.
