This series is very popular for light industrial and institutional applications. The 1/2" kingpin and double-ball race construction assure long, trouble free life. Hi-Lo Casters sport an attractive and durable zinc plated finish.

QUALITY FEATURES
Construction – heavy gauge cold rolled steel, formed for strength and hardened for long life.
HL Series Construction

Swivel – hardened and polished steel balls rotate in two coined and hardened raceways.

Kingpin – 1/2" diameter permanent rivet type.

Axle –3/8" diameter bolt with lock nut. Spanner bushing over axle except in 3" model.

Lubrication – lubricated at factory; lube axle or hub fitting to wheel bearing on roller bearing models.

WHEEL CHOICES
Injection molded polyolefin: water resistant & high impact strength.Shatter-resistant solid rubber - general purpose.Heavy duty cast iron.Fiber-reinforced phenolic resin wheel.90A polyurethane mechanically bonded to polypropylene core.Solid Polyurethane 95A - steam cleanable, best for institutional useSoft, non-marking gray rubber (65A) on polypropylene core.
