#S-MS-6NF Swivel w/ Poly-Tech® Wheel



Medium Service Series Casters, differentiated by the 5" x 5 1/2" top plate, are proven performers in Hamilton's 900 lbs. class offering. These rugged, yet economical casters accommodate a wide selection of 2" face wheels.

Four brake options are available and three are available Pronto® – Hamilton’s free shipping service for same day or next day shipment.

FEATURED WHEEL BEARINGS
Double sealed, maintenance free, superior rollability aids manual applications, not recommended if shock loading is prevalent.Precision Ball Bearings
Traditional anti-friction bearing, best for manual applications where shock loading (but no side thrust) is prevalent.Straight Roller Bearings


QUALITY FEATURES
Swivel Construction – cold forged steel mounting plate and horn base. Legs 1/4" plate steel, formed for increased strength and continuously welded to horn base.
MS Series Swivel Construction

Kingpin – permanent rivet type, 5/8" diameter heat treated steel.

Main and Secondary Load Bearings – hardened and polished steel balls rotate in two smoothly coined, case hardened raceways.

Axle –1/2" diameter bolt with lock nut.

Lubrication Fittings – in swivel assembly and to roller bearings in most wheels.

Hamilton’s classic liquid cast 95A polyurethane tread bonded to heavy duty iron center.Heavy duty cast iron.Fiber-reinforced phenolic resin wheel.Liquid cast 80A polyurethane donut tread bonded to aluminum core.High performance liquid cast 85A polyurethane bonded to heavy duty iron center.90A polyurethane mechanically bonded to polypropylene core.1500 psi 70A Rubber vulcanized to heavy duty cast iron center.Solid Polyurethane 95A - steam cleanable, best for institutional useSoft, non-marking gray rubber (65A) on polypropylene core.
