Stainless Steel Casters
Series STA - Cap. to 800 lbs.

#S-STA-6AZ w/ Aqualite® Wheel
To meet those unusual requirements where corrosive environments or sanitary considerations demand casters having all rig and hardware components of stainless steel, we offers these industrial duty models. Type 303 stainless steel flat tread and V-Grooved wheels round out a variety of problem solving wheel choices. What's more, most models are stocked for PRONTO® shipment within two days- eliminating the long wait often associated with procurement of specialty casters.

A special high-lustre finish not only enhances appearance, but also provides a smoother, less porous surface that's more impervious to dirt and easier to clean.

QUALITY FEATURES
Swivel Construction – cold-formed mounting plate, horn base and 1/8"x 2" welded-on legs all Type 304 stainless steel.
STA Series Swivel Construction

Kingpin – permanent rivet-type, 5/8" diameter stainless steel.

Main and Secondary Load Bearings – Type 440 stainless steel balls rotating in two smoothly coined raceways.

Axle –1/2" diameter stainless steel bolt and lock nut.

Wheel Bearings – solid 3/4" I.D. x 1 3/16" O.D. Delrin® bearings rotating on a stainless steel spanner bushing 3/4" O.D. x 1/2" I.D. x 2 7/16" long, except as noted.

Lubrication – Pre-lubricated at factory with a high quality multi-purpose grease.
WHEEL CHOICES
