You and 999 of your closest friends can hang on this rooftop bar

Here at Hamilton, bigger is more beautiful. Big wheels. Big casters. Big customer satisfaction. And since outdoor dining is huger than ever right now, we’re setting our sights on Chicago’s Offshore, which holds the Guinness World Records for being the world’s largest rooftop bar.

With a surface area of 52,310 square feet (almost as big as a football field), this year-round rooftop watering hole is a sight for sore, socially distanced eyes. It’s got an 8,500-square-foot indoor space that’s covered in retractable glass, while the 20,000-square-foot terrace boasts seven fire pits and plenty of posh seating areas for patrons to comfortably spread out. And let’s not forget the pretty spectacular panoramic views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline, thanks to the bar’s prime spot atop Navy Pier. The full menu features “seasonal, modern American cuisine with global influences served as small, shareable plates.”

We’ll bring our appetites and our masks.
