It’s been a year of big moves and leaps. From vertical integrations and new product launches to creative custom solutions, Hamilton’s 2024 was anything but idle. Here’s a look back at some of our greatest hits.
Laser-focused integration
This year, we welcomed a $1.2 million laser cutter to the Hamilton family, making our operations leaner, meaner and even more strategic. The investment strengthened our commitment to vertical integration, performance and efficiency.
Rolling out innovation
We also released some stellar products in 2024:
• Toe the line: Our new Toe Guard added a safety-first solution to industrial casters—because nobody likes stubbed toes, especially on 10,000-pound payloads
• Spinfinity® evolves: Hamilton’s latest Endurance Series brought dual-wheel options and maintenance-free magic to heavy-duty applications, offering added strength and durability at no extra cost
Solving heavy challenges
As always, our custom caster and trailer business kept us thinking on our feet:
• Sludge-busting wheels: This bespoke wheel design for the City of Toronto tackled 10,000 pounds of sludge with ease. Working hand-in-hand with the bin manufacturer and poly supplier, we bounced ideas back and forth until everything clicked
• Custom carts that pull their weight: When modular buildings needed to move in tight spaces, Hamilton engineered a cart with smooth maneuverability and rock-solid durability, turning a tough task into an easy ride
On the lighter side
Who says industrial manufacturing can’t be fun? We had a blast with these stories, too:
• Roller girls dominate: Cincinnati’s fearless Roller Girls brought the speed, grit and toughness we admire to Hamilton headquarters—on wheels, of course. A perfect match.
• Flamethrowing robot dogs: Just when we thought we’d exhausted everything on our Christmas wish list, this 10K flaming beast stole the show. We want one, don’t you?
What a year it’s been! We’re grateful for every challenge and opportunity to rise to the occasion. In 2025, we aim implement even more strategic initiatives. So buckle up—next year promises to be even smarter, stronger and maybe a little bolder.
And if a robot dog shows up, you’ll be the first to know.
