#S-628-DB70 Swivel w/ Duralast® XC Wheel

The Vanguard 62 Series is the highest rated cold forged caster we offer-rated for loads up to 1,500 lbs. The top plate matches a popular industry standard and swivel models feature double-ball race construction with 3/4" diameter kingpins. Both rigid and swivel casters sport a zinc-plated finish. Series 62 casters are ideal for terminal carts, maintenance carts and platform trucks.

Tread Contact Brake – (-CB) -- Stepping down on the lever forces a non-skid pad against the wheel face.

QUALITY FEATURES
Swivel Construction – cold forged steel mounting plate and horn base. Legs 1/4" plate steel formed for increased strength and welded on both sides to horn base.

Kingpin – 3/4" diameter heat treated kingpin and nut.

Main and Secondary Load Bearing Large double ball bearing raceway and top plate, heat treated for long wear.

Axle – 1/2" diameter bolt with lock nut.

Lubrication Fitting – in swivel assembly and to roller bearings in wheels.

A harder (70D) liquid cast polyurethane with load capacity 30% higher than Duralast®.

1500 psi 70A Rubber vulcanized to heavy duty cast iron center.

Liquid cast 80A polyurethane donut tread bonded to aluminum core.

High performance liquid cast 85A polyurethane bonded to heavy duty iron center.

Twin wheel liquid cast polyurethane on aluminum core.
