Unilast® Wheels
Series UY - Cap. to 1,500 lbs.

Unilast® wheels are Hamilton's line of solid elastomer wheels designed for medium to heavy duty loads. Equipped with Delrin® or Precision ball bearings, these high performance wheels are steam cleanable and well suited for hostile environments, as they are not affected by blood, brine, salt, grease, oils and many other harsh chemicals. Standard hardness of the Unilast® is 75-80 Shore D.

Unilast® wheels are available in sizes ranging from 4" x 1-1/4" to 8" x 3" and with three bearing options; Delrin®, Straight Roller, and Precision Sealed Ball Bearings.

For more rigorous or custom solid poly applications: higher performing urethanes, various hardnesses, nonstick sizes, and colors can also be provided. Consult factory with application details.

Precision Ball Bearings: double sealed, maintenance free, superior rollability aids manual applications, not recommended if shock loading is prevalent.	Straight Roller Bearings: traditional anti-friction bearing, best for manual applications where shock loading (but no side thrust) is prevalent.
