These trailers play the long game on craftsmanship

This is a photo of:

  1. Paul Bunyan’s roller skates
  2. The tops of two spatulas in Godzilla’s kitchen
  3. A still from the upcoming movie trailer: “Return of the Killer Carts”
  4. (2) new custom carts from Hamilton Caster

Answer: D, of course. Because there’s no guesswork necessary when you want to count on Hamilton to give you the built-to-suit trailer of your performance dreams.

We recently designed these all-steel, 24-foot-long monsters for a world-renowned metal fabricator that specializes in complex weldments for the Defense and Aerospace markets. The trailers, with a 40,000 and 80,000-pound payload respectively, are being used to move steel plates to a new building built for “more advanced fabrication and assembly”. That’s about all the distributor, Gregory Poole, could safely share with us about application details. Sounds like top-secret stuff to us. Hey, that’s our specialty.

Engineering carts of this magnitude is no minor feat. It takes some serious factory space and ceiling height to pull it off. Good thing we’ve got a clearance under hook of 35 feet and a crane load capacity of 50 tons. Having more space to do our thing means lower labor costs due to less handling required. And more savings for you.
