And while each one stands on its own for its built-to-suit features, both scream qualify craftsmanship and engineering. So let’s roll out the red carpet for them, shall we?
Maxi-Duty Casters with Poly Sweep
Here’s a photo of a recent customer order for 140 casters. Designed to support heavy duty carts used for building vehicle frames at one of the Big Three American car giants, this caster is helmed by an adjustable poly sweep that clears away nasty debris in its wake (we like to think it looks like a cow catcher on a vintage locomotive). A high-performance polyurethane wheel keeps everything running smooth and cool.

- Wheels: 12" x 4" GT95 (1" Thick polyurethane on steel) with 1-1/4" tapered bearings).

“Big Red,” as one of our customers dubbed this caster, has found several niches within the Aerospace industry, especially with Plant Maintenance Engineering (PME). Customers know this caster will show up day after day and take any abuse that comes its way. Tubes for two attachable steering arms on the side provide extra-precision maneuvering in tight places. A Dual Ergo Contact Brake is designed with safety in mind, allowing you to push down to engage AND disengage the brake (and thereby save your back).
