I don’t know about you but March is one of my favorite times of the year - trade shows, spring, and St. Patty’s Day. I mean, everyone is Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, right?
But, the BEST thing about March is basketball. According to the Associated Press, 45 million Americans bet on last year’s college basketball tournament. The hype is real and it should be. Cinderella stories are born, upsets loom and brackets are busted. Sixty-eight teams battling for that one shining moment.
So how does Hamilton fit in? We don’t exactly, except for that competitive office bracket. But we do have a lot of tough casters, so we thought why not have a March Mayhem of our own, Hamilton-style?
We picked 16 casters to face off in the inaugural March Mayhem, Caster vs. Caster Challenge. These represent a variety of our standard products that we manufacture within our numerous series of casters. We chose not to throw in any customs and limit the competition to 2" diameter wheels to keep field on the smaller size and the matchups competitive.
Over the next 2 ½ weeks, we’ll share the Caster Scouting Reports (hint: pay attention to the keys to the game) and winners of each matchup until the champion is crowned on April 3.
With so many casters vying for glory, underdogs will rise and make a run at the title, while more obvious casters may falter in stunning upsets. This challenge will be nothing short of incredible.
