As the fastest growing brand of welded heavy-gauge boats in North America, Kingfisher called on Hamilton when the competition left them high and dry. They had initially spec’d solid pneumatic wheels from another manufacturer to transport their beautiful boats, which come in sizes up to 32-feet-long and weigh up to 12,000 pounds. But those casters didn’t work out too well.
So Kingfisher turned to Hamilton, and our Director of Business Development Sean Treglia recommended our special 12-inch polyurethane wheels for their superior durability and load capacity, which especially come in handy over choppy, uneven terrain. The customer ordered an initial trial of our casters, and they worked out so swimmingly that they placed a larger order tout suite.
Guess you could say we’ve got our sea legs now.
