For decades, Hamilton has supplied custom drive wheels for countless conveyors, automated systems, and rail applications. But as industrial automation keeps ramping up, more customers want high-demand wheels—and they want them quicker. So, Hamilton did what we do best: engineered a ready-to-go series that covers the most common specs, without sacrificing on our proven durability and performance.

Choose from three wheel types:

• Duralast® Wheels: Liquid-cast polyurethane tread bonded to an iron core for smooth, quiet rolling and floor protection

• Single Flange Track Wheels: Precision-machined steel or cast-iron wheels built to guide heavy loads on flat track systems

• V-Grooved Wheels: Designed to run on inverted angle iron tracks, self-cleaning as they roll and versatile enough for flat surfaces too

All are offered in popular sizes (4"–10") and come standard with keyways and set screws for secure mounting—so you can keep projects moving without the extra wait.

Of course, if your application calls for something unique, Hamilton still offers fully custom solutions built to order.
