XT3759 Cover Carts: Built for Strength and Protection

Monday, Mar 30, 2026

Tough but cushiony. Versatile but steady. Built to take a hit—and smart enough to prevent one.

Some carts split the difference. This one doubles down.

Say hello to the XT3759 Cover Cart—our custom build designed to store electrical panel covers on active job sites. Like a lot of good ideas, this one started with a workaround. The customer built their own version. It got the job done…until it didn’t. That’s when they called Hamilton.

The trailer itself? Also not small.

We didn’t just tweak the design—we rebuilt it with intention. With a 1,500-pound capacity and a 30” x 72” frame, this cart is built to carry serious weight without flinching. But brute strength isn’t the whole story—protection matters just as much.

Enter the upgraded rod system. We increased thickness for durability and stability, keeping panels properly spaced and supported without warping. Each steel rod is finished with a rubber cushion, eliminating metal-on-metal contact. The result is a built-in buffer that prevents scratches, damage and costly replacements down the line.

And because job sites don’t exactly roll out the red carpet, we made sure the cart handles tight spaces as well as heavy loads. It’s compact enough to fit through standard doorways when empty, yet rugged enough to be lifted fully loaded by a forklift, thanks to integrated fork pockets.

That’s the balance: strength without sacrifice, protection without compromise.

Because the best builds don’t force a tradeoff—they eliminate it.
