This custom Hamilton caster started with a customer workaround.

The customer—a government organization whose identity (and application) we can't disclose—was using an earlier Hamilton caster built on the same outrigger design. At the time, the customer did not realize how critical the caster's swiveling function would become in the field.

That's where Hamilton engineering stepped in.

While discussing a new order, our engineering team looked at the customer's setup and saw an opportunity. Instead of designing around the adapter, why not design it out altogether?

The answer is this custom Swivel Spinfinity Dual Caster.

But the real innovation isn't its load capacity—it's how it simplifies the job.

Hamilton integrated multiple square drive access points directly into the caster, allowing operators to insert a standard 3/4-inch breaker bar and swivel the caster into position from virtually any orientation. The separate adapter was no longer needed.

Fewer parts. Fewer steps. One less thing to carry or install.
