Lockheed Martin Award Affirms Our Lean Journey

When we began our lean manufacturing transformation, our main goal was to improve delivery times without sacrificing quality. An award from Lockheed Martin confirms that it’s working. The global aerospace company honored Hamilton for delivering all of its orders in 2012 on time and without defects.
To go lean, it takes every Hamilton employee – from the factory floor to the front office – working together to speed up shipping times, productivity and quality. And although we’re always searching for new areas to be more efficient, an award from one of our most valued business partners validates our lean journey.
