For those applications when you need more than 22,000 lbs. and forged steel wheels will work for your application, look no further than the Enhanced Maxi-Duty Caster Series.

The EMD Series is a hybrid of our long-time Maxi-Duty Series and our Ultra Maxi-Duty Series. The series incorporate the smaller mounting plate of the Maxi-Duty with the massive swivel construction of the UMD Series. The result is a less costly caster than the UMD yet with ample bulk to handle loads up to 36,800 lbs. The dual forged steel wheels are machined with a slight crown to enhance rollability and swiveling.
