Overview

The Endurance Dual Wheel Caster Series is an answer to prayers from many of our customers. Endurance’s forged steel construction is perfect for applications that require 24/7 operations and/or are too critical to fail. With 3 ½-inch, 4-inch and 5-inch diameter options, and the incredibly popular 2-1/2 inch x 3-5/8 inch mounting plate, the Endurance Series is offered in both steel and stainless-steel versions.

Swivel Construction

Best of Breed Kingpinless - forged steel top plate and fork base; 1/4" x 1-3/4" precision laser cut steel legs welded inside and outside to forged steel horn base.
Load Bearing

1 7/8" diameter hardened and CNC-machined raceway with 1/4" balls.
Product Finish

Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s Platinum Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
Axle

1/2" diameter hex head with lock nut.
