Hamilton's Spinfinity maintenance-free Series ZFHS, is one tough caster. Designed for two inch wide wheels and rated up to 3000 lbs, the ZFHS represents the highest rated maintenance-free kingpinless caster in its class. The ZFHS has a massive forged swivel ring that provides its best in class strength.
Like our other legendary heavy duty casters, the top plate and inner raceway are forged steel formed from one piece, providing incredible strength for shock conditions. Once formed, the raceways are CNC-machined and then hardened to ensure a uniform depth in hardness of the swivel raceway. The hardening and the CNC-machining together produce an excellent swiveling caster under heavy loads.
All ZFHS Series casters are finished in a durable powder coated red crimson and come standard with a choice of thirteen different wheel types. Wheel bearing selections are exclusive to double sealed precision ball bearings which like the swivel raceway are maintenance-free. Select with confidence knowing all of the casters in the chart below are classified as maintenance-free.
