ZFMD & ZFMDD: 7" diameter CNC-machined and hardened raceway with 5/8" balls. ZFSEC & ZFSEC2: 3 5/8" diameter CNC-machined and hardened raceway with 5/8" balls.
The forged ring is CNC-machined with a precision groove to accept a large seal made from Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) designed to keep grease in and contaminants out.
Powder Coated - Caster rigs are powder coated with Hamilton’s Platinum (ZFMD & ZFMDD) or Crimson (ZFSEC & ZFSEC2) Powder, a metallic HAA Polyester providing a premium look and excellent durability for both interior and exterior environments.
ZFSEC & ZFSEC2: 1 1/4", 1 1/2" or 2" diameter grade 5 hex head with slotted nut and cotter pin. ZFMD & ZFMDD: 1 1/4", 1 1/2" or 2" diameter grade 5 hex head with slotted nut and cotter pin.
