Hamilton offers two types of nylon wheels – Nylast^® and White Nylon.

Nylast^® wheels are made from solid-cast high-performance nylon and have superior impact strength and resilience compared to conventional injection-molded nylon wheels. Nylast® is specially formulated with finely divided particles of molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) to enhance its load-bearing capability while maintaining the impact resistance inherent to nylon. Hamilton’s White Nylon series are solid wheels molded from Nylon 6, a proven durable wheel material, which is USFDA approved for contact with food.

Nylon wheels enjoy very wide range of capacity ratings and are resistance to moisture and chemicals plus floor protection resulting in a wheel well-suited for corrosive environments or applications where sanitary conditions are important.
