You are now entering Hamilton’s headquarters of the future

Wednesday, Jun 30, 2021

We’re in. Done. Boxes unpacked. New carpet smell intact. We survived the move to our brand new corporate headquarters, and we couldn’t be more excited about our space. In the past six months, we’ve talked a lot about the bells and whistles of our next-generation machines and capabilities to serve our customers better. But we’re also pretty pumped about the collaborative DNA of the new digs. Here’s a little tour.

Well, hello there, new reception area. Welcome to Hamilton.

We intentionally kept the open ceilings throughout our new space to not only foster a sense of accessibility but blur the lines between industrial and corporate. Soundproof windows between our office and factory space serve to further break down barriers and facilitate transparency.

Are you gonna give it 110 percent or what? Inside Sales Associate Greg Shurts (far right) uses our new workstation pod tables to get fired up for the customer with (L to R) Ryan Shelton, Marty Wilson and Sean Treglia.

Each team’s workstations are grouped into Pods to encourage collaboration. Mobile bar-height dollies at the center of each pod—complete with custom storage below—make it easy for teams to huddle (and swivel) on a dime. They even feature our new Endurance casters.

And did we mention what a hit our new standing desks have already become? Who knew you could be so productive on your feet?

These abs aren’t going to exercise themselves…or are they? Receptionist Michelle Neal gets a standing workout while giving the fax machine a run for its money.

Now everyone will want to get schooled on new Hamilton products, safety protocols and more in our brand new Training Room. It’s also a great place for our Sales Teams to engage in advanced product training and role playing.

Funny, it doesn’t feel like Monday. The Engineering, Finance and Production teams can’t help but put their heads together to do great things in our new conference rooms.

Our downstairs Conference Room includes bar height tables with bar stools to keep the collaborative juices flowing throughout.

Come at me, bro. System Administrator Tom Raley (left) and Inside Sales Rep Caleb Jones blow off steam from a hectic workday by playing heated round of OverCooked

In our previous space, each department had its own small break room. But in the new space, we’re one unified team that knows how to blow off steam, together. Our large Break Room, complete with commercial grade appliances, will also feature flat screen TVs with cable and gaming. Some of our machinists are already starting to schedule their digital duels. Who’s ready for a little competish?

After a year where the world stayed in, we couldn’t be more pumped to start fresh together. We know we’re not a huge company, but we do take pride in our people, and our goal is to give them one of the best places to work (by the way, we’re hiring!). This includes having a great environment. So bring it, Roaring Twenties.
