Spinfinity® Endurance Casters w/ Dual Press-On Wheels

This new Spinfinity® Super Endurance Caster Series features dual TerraTech™ wheels with press-on tires designed for applications moving heavy loads at speeds up to 10 mph. The dual wheels provide much more load capacity for the (2) press-on rubber types. For all wheel offerings, the dual-wheel style adds stability and allows for a lower overall height. Like the standard Super Endurance; Series, the Spinfinity® SEC top plate and inner raceway are forged steel formed from one piece, providing a superior raceway for shock conditions.
This new series offers (3) different standard TerraTech™ compounds to cover the spectrum of industrial environments. The heavy duty wheels are mounted in an enhanced version of our Super Endurance caster rig that features a sealed swivel raceway for maintenance-free operation. Engineers also enhanced the caster series with larger axles and massive double stacked precision ball bearings in the wheels to accommodate the higher speeds. The sealed swivel raceway combined with the sealed precision ball bearings qualify this series, like all Spinfinity® Series, to be 100% maintenance-free.
To help with wheel selection, the black rubber will provide the most cushion and is best suited for outdoors but has much lower capacity compared to the poly offerings. Among the (2) polyurethane choices, select the standard TerraTech™ (red tread) for general purpose indoor use with the occasional outdoor use. If the application is primarily outdoors or requires continuous-duty (24/7) use at high speeds, the TerraTech™ ULTRA (green tread) will be your best choice.
