Field Installable Toe Guard

Hamilton’s all-new Field Installable Toe Guard, known as the Swiss Army knife of toe guards, is a versatile safety solution designed to protect workers from injury while supporting two brake styles—heavy-duty contact brakes and ergonomic brakes—as well as optional floor brushes.

Heavy-duty contact brakes ensure steady support for larger loads, while ergonomic brakes minimize operator strain and fatigue. Optional floor brushes sweep away foreign objects and debris during operation, protecting casters from damage and keeping pathways clear.

The toe guard integrates effortlessly with existing casters, requiring no drilling or modifications. Customers can choose to order it pre-assembled with new casters or separately for easy installation on existing equipment.
